How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 6-10 business days, and it is free on orders over $99. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We ship only to adults 18 and over, and an adult signature may be required.
What is your return policy?
Return any unused knife in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free — send us a message through our contact form and we'll send a prepaid label.
How does free lifetime sharpening work?
Send us a message through our contact form for a prepaid shipping label, mail the knife in, and we sharpen it on whetstones and ship it back within 10 business days. There is no limit on how many times you use it.
Is the Damascus steel real?
Yes. Every blade is forge-welded from multiple layers of steel around a named core steel, then etched to reveal the pattern. We list core steel, layer count and hardness on every product page.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by state law.
Are the knives covered by a warranty?
Yes, a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Chips from bones, frozen food or drops are not defects, but we repair them at cost.
